Echinacea Seed, Wildflower Seeds,

 Echinacea purpurea Seeds,

Whether starting your own wild flower garden, herb seed garden, or adding to an existing landscape, starting with non GMO Wild Harvested herb seed is the first step towards your success! The reward of choosing to germinate your own wild flower seeds assures you get your herb garden plants off to the best start possible, while providing the minimal amount of stress in comparison to store purchased plants.

Our heirloom seeds for planting are gathered from Native Wild Echinacea Flowers. Unadulterated, non GMO seed straight from the Wild.

Our Flower seeds have been stored in a refrigerated environment. You can plant your organic seeds in your herb garden right out of the pack or provide another 30 day cold stratification period for a possible better germination rate ( at least store in refrigerator until use). Seeds can be started indoors or sown directly into the soil late winter, early spring ( depending on your zone). Seeds can also be planted in the fall, directly into prepared soil.

In the family‎ ‎Asteraceae and Native to the United States, Organic Echinacea purpurea is a herbaceous, perennial purple cone flower, growing two to four feet in height. Cone flowers make a showy addition to any landscape with very little work on the gardener.

Started early enough, it is possible to flower echinacea the first year, although typical plantings usually result in a rosette the first season and the first budding appearing the 2nd season. Echinacea prefers full sun, damp soil ( not wet) and will produce additional flowers when the dead ones are cut back.

Note: Learning to germinate your own herb seeds can be rewarding and frustrating as well. There are many ways to germinate garden seeds, many types of substrate used to do so, and many mistakes that can be made. We always suggest studying your plant well before attempting germination from seed. Read different methods, study types of stratification/scarification and learn what suits the needs of your seeds best, in your environment and on your budget.
