 Chanterelles are considered "Choice" comparable to Morels, shiitake, Portabella, Oyster Mushrooms and The King Bolete. Weather you are a Culinary Chef, a Home Cook or prefer a Backyard Barbecue, Chanterelles are a treat with any meal.

Cooking with Chanterelles isn't much different than other mushrooms although please use the powder sparingly. It is highly concentrated when powdered. Sprinkle on Fish, Pasta, Beef or Chicken! Use your favorite spices and cooking oil with the powder for the perfect saute. Get creative!

 Chanterelles are high in Iron, Fiber, very high in potassium, and are among the richest sources of vitamin D known! Organic Chanterelle mushrooms are also very rich in Antioxidants which may strengthen the immune system and may help prevent disease.

Chanterelles are considered a Culinary Delicacy, the Wild Harvested variety tend to be quite rare in comparison to the farm cultivated variety. The season to harvest is quite short running from Early June through early August in the Eastern U.S.
