Like traditional Red Clover Tea ( Trifolium pratense ), Crimson Clover makes a unique, pleasant, and caffeine free tea that can be made into a traditional warm Tea, or steeped, then refrigerated for a refreshing all natural iced tea with no caffeine! The taste of loose leaf organic Clover is Mild and earthy with just a hint of natural sweetness. If you prefer the tea a bit stronger you can steep for a few hours or even add natural sweeteners such as honey, lemon peel, orange peel or stevia.

100 grams of crimson clover contain approximately 23 calories, 4g of protein, 2g of fiber, and provides 38 percent of the RDI of vitamin K, as well as 14 percent of the RDI of vitamin C. Crimson Clover also contains smaller amounts of calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, selenium and magnesium.
