Originally from Angola, Hibiscus sabdariffa is now cultivated throughout tropical and subtropical regions. Known by many names, Roselle or Roselle Tea are the most common names for Hibiscus Tea and Flower. Hibiscus Flower Tea is used across the globe, many times with different names such as agua de Jamaica in Mexico, saril in Panama, Karkadé in Africa and In Italy hibiscus tea is known as carcadè or Italian tea.

Hibiscus Flowers are used Medicinally by many cultures for a variety of ailments as well as recreationally as a refreshing summer tea. Mixing the flowers with complimentary herbs can be a fun experiment to make your perfect drink! Try mixing and matching the following and come up with your own recipe!
