 Used as Palo Santo Incense, smudges, natural air freshener and Palo Santo potpourri. A Palo Santo Smudge can be made by using Palo Santo shavings mixed with your other preferred ingredients.

Bursera graveolens, known as palo santo wood, is a wild tree native to Mexico and the Yucatán Peninsula to Peru and Venezuela. The scent of organic Palo Santo is simply amazing! The Palo Santo sticks sweet smell is evident without burning, although burning is the preferred method for the aroma to fill the air and cleanse impurities.

We cut our Palo Santo Herb sticks at around 4 1/2 inches long and 1 1/4 round. The perfect size for holding in the hand. Light your stick and burn in flame for 20-30 seconds or so and then blow out the flame. The stick will now produce scented waves of holy smoke. Spread the smoke from your stick anywhere needed. Palo Sticks will not stay lit consistently. Relighting will be necessary.
