Other common names for organic Cramp Bark include water elder, cramp bark, snowball tree and European cranberrybush. The small tree is a commonly grown in many parts of the world as an ornamental as well as being grown as a medicinal herb for the herbal properties.

Cramp Bark is well respected and time tested in Russia. In Russia the fruit is called kalina and is considered a national symbol.
