Dandelion has been used as an herb for thousands of years and is a time tested culinary herb. Dried Dandelion flower is rarely sold by herbalists since it is so time consuming to harvest and weighing very little once dried. For this reason we only offer the flower in 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1 and 2 cup sizes. We cannot sell the flower by weight.
