Organic Kudzu is also known as Japanese arrowroot or Chinese arrowroot as well as the botanical name Pueraria montana. The plant is a hardy perennial vine native to Asia and some Pacific islands.
Kudzu has found it's way across much of the world and is highly invasive, especially in North America. Like many invasives, The Kudzu Root as well as the Leaf could have many uses in farming, agriculture and herbal research.
