Cooking with Portobello Mushroom is a rewarding task! Re-hydrate your mushrooms in a bowl of water before use. Use in stir fry, soups, toppings, sautés, marinades or your favorite dish! You can also easily powder your dehydrated Mushrooms without re-hydrating. The Mushroom powder will last for at least 18 months and can be used just like whole, fresh or re-hydrated mushrooms.
