The tree of heaven is a fast growing deciduous tree with gray bark, and large pinnately compound leaves. Famous among Chinese Herbs, the tree is native to China and was brought to the United States in the late 1700's.

Having been used in traditional Chinese Herbalism for many years, the herbal qualities of this tree are now being recognized in the U.S.
