Our Yucca Root is harvested near our farm here in Eastern Kentucky. Although Organic Yucca isn't Native to this area, the locals have been growing it as an herb or yard ornament for decades. The Yucca Plant now grows wild here, especially on old homestead sites.

Yucca Herb is a dense, starchy Root rich in carbohydrates, fiber, folate, vitamin C, and potassium. Yucca root is also very high in phyto-nutrients, and an excellent source of antioxidants. The Yucca Root is an excellent ingredient in homemade lotions, soaps and shampoos, and is used to assist a variety of skin conditions.
