Cramp Bark Dried Herb is a plant species in the family Adoxaceae, native to Europe, northern Africa central Asia and is now naturalised in North America. Other common names for organic Cramp Bark include water elder, cramp bark, snowball tree and European cranberrybush. The small tree is a commonly grown in many parts of the world as an ornamental as well as being grown as a medicinal herb for the herbal properties.

Cramp Bark is well respected and time tested in Russia. In Russia the fruit is called kalina and is considered a national symbol.
