The Indigo dye is extracted from the leaves of a variety of dried herb plants including, organic Indigo fera tinctoria, baphieacanthuscusia, Isatis tinctoria, Polygonum tinctorium, and Isatis indigotica. There are various shades of powdered Indigo, ours is a fantastic shade, a unique, soft color!
