We offer small quantities by saving the roots of the plants when thinning out our foraging areas. Plantago major, referred to as broadleaf plantain, white man's foot, or greater plantain is a flowering plant in the family Plantaginaceae. The plant is native to most of Europe and Asia, but has been naturalized across the globe.
